WEDNESDAY JULY 8TH 2009 7PM – 8PM

Join Catherine Pestano for a beautiful twilight session of spiritually uplifting sounds, mini songs and chant, drawing on world and earth traditions. We will begin by doing breath and physical relaxation, followed by Toning, to open our minds and hearts to receive the vibrations of the sounds. We will then have a spiritually uplifting candlelit session of the singing of chants, joining in or not, as people wish. This work draws on the spiritual sound work of Chris James, Kay Gardner, Joy Gardner Gordon and Jonathan Goldman. If there is interest this will go on to become a regular event for the Croydon community!
